Returns and Refunds
As our custom designed coffee cups are especially manufactured for each individual customer, we will only offer refunds in the circumstances:
· When due to manufacturing defect our coffee cups are leaking from the joints.
· When our coffee cups do not fit properly on the lids supplied by us.
In the above circumstances you must first contact Wonderpack prior to returning your goods. Goods cannot be returned without prior approval from us and the goods should be returned to Wonderpack within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The returned goods, as far as practicable, must be in brand new packaging and in an unused condition. Goods which have been opened cannot be accepted. Please allow 5 business days for us to inspect the returned goods.
Once the goods are inspected upon return we will issue a credit note equal to the amount of the returned goods excluding the original shipping charge. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for all costs associated with returning the goods back to Wonderpack.
If the goods purchased are faulty on arrival, you must contact us as soon as possible with the product complaint. When confirmed by us, we will offer to exchange the goods in the first instance or offer to credit your account.
As our custom designed coffee cups are especially manufactured for each individual customer, we will not offer refunds in the circumstances:
· When you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to change of mind or incorrect choice or dislike the print.
· When you do not like the final printed product because it looks different (including colour variance) to the one displayed on your computer screen when you ordered it.
· When our coffee cups do not fit properly on the lids which are not supplied by us.

Changing or cancelling an order
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be immediately communicated, either via an email or leaving a message on our phone.
Orders go to manufacturing process within 24 hrs from receiving your order. Once your order has been manufactured, we are unable to change or cancel an order.
Product Image
We make every effort to ensure the colours shown on the Wonderpack website accurately match the products sold by us. However, there may be differences in actual print colours due to differences in computer systems and colour monitors. As such Wonderpack cannot guarantee that the individual’s monitor display will give a true representation of product/print colours.
Money Back Guarantee
The money back guarantee policy offered by Wonderpack ensures that product quality is maintained at a high standard for all customers and should be read in conjunction with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refinements and Amendments Whilst endeavouring to provide accurate and up to date information, typographical errors and inaccuracies may occur in rare instances. Wonderpack reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to amend or update information or pictures at any time without prior notice. Possible changes may include but are not limited to product type, price, photographic depiction and availability.
