Delivery Information

We offer flat rate shipping to Australian customers.

Please Note:

  • We do not ship to PO box addresses.
  • Orders will be delivered to the “Shipping Address” as it appears on the Tax Invoice.
  • Please note that courier companies will not call prior to delivery to confirm delivery times for your order. Upon delivery to the nominated address, the goods must be signed for. The person who signs for the delivery is considered to be authorised to receive the goods.
  • In the event a signature cannot be obtained, the courier will be authorised to leave the goods at the premises. The same applies when the customer instructs Wonderpack to leave the goods at their premises without a signature. This is known as an “Authority To Leave – ATL”. Wonderpack and the Courier Company will not be held liable for goods delivered under these circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

We endeavor to manufacture and dispatch your custom printed coffee cups within five business days from the receipt of payment.

Whilst every effort is made to dispatch within the estimated delivery times, sometimes this is beyond our control (e.g. peak delivery times, road closures, traffic incidents, COVID lockdowns etc.). Wonderpack will not be liable to the customer for any losses suffered or incurred due to a delay. If an order has not been received within the reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service representatives for assistance by emailing to info@wonderpack.com.au
